Expatbeyond Terms and Conditions

By booking or using the services of "Expatbeyond" (the "Business," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services

Expatbeyond provides personalized consulting and guidance services based on the personal experiences of our advisors living abroad. Our services include:

  • Consultation Calls: 30 and 60-minute phone consultations to provide insights and advice.

  • Relocation Package: Assistance with practical tasks, such as finding an apartment and setting up a local bank account.

2. Important Disclaimers and Limitation of Services

The advice and insights provided by Expatbeyond are based on personal experience and are for informational purposes only.

  • We Are Not Licensed Professionals: Expatbeyond is not a law firm, a financial advisor, or a visa agent. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice.

  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all decisions you make, including but not limited to, financial decisions, legal matters, and your move abroad. You should consult with licensed professionals (e.g., lawyers, accountants) for advice tailored to your specific situation.

  • Legality: All of our services are conducted legally and in good faith. We encourage our clients to always act in a legal and ethical manner.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, we may be unable to perform the service, and no refund will be issued.

  • Scheduled Appointments: You agree to be available and on time for all scheduled consultations.

4. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

  • Payment: All services are charged on a flat-fee basis and must be paid for in advance. We do not offer subscription services.

  • Cryptocurrency Payments: We accept payment in cryptocurrency. However, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any losses you incur if you send payment to an incorrect cryptocurrency address.

  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Once a service is paid for, you are not entitled to a refund. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled call, we will make a good-faith effort to reschedule it.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

  • Intellectual Property: All materials, including reports, guides, or templates created by Expatbeyond, are the sole intellectual property of Expatbeyond. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials without our express written consent.

  • Confidentiality: All information you provide to us is considered confidential. We will not share this information with any third parties without your explicit, written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Expatbeyond is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses you may incur as a result of your move or reliance on our services. You acknowledge that our services are for personal guidance and insight only, and the ultimate risk and responsibility for your decisions lie with you.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate our service to you at any time if you are unruly, abusive, or breach these Terms and Conditions. If you, the client, choose to end a call or service before it is completed, you are not entitled to a refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country of Georgia.
